'Valid_To' Field Not Populated Upon Product Termination (Doc ID 860267.1)

Goal

When we cancel a product with a purchase event, the 'VALID_TO' field in the database is not populated. The /config/business_params for RestrictResourceValidityToOffer has been set to 1.
