Symptoms

On 4.6.x:

When attempting to Log in as a fully privileged user e.g. SUPERUSER
the following error may occur:

ERROR
Your account is locked. Please notify the system administrator



Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Log into AERS Homepage as SUPERUSER account
  2. Click on [Login] box
  3. Error: Your account is locked. Please notify the system administrator
