Symptoms

ETM To Do Summary Zone is not displaying To Do Item(s) as expected.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Step 1: Click on the To Do button on the Top Menu bar to display the 'To Do Summary'.

Step 2: In the 'Dashboard' Portal Click the 'Refresh' button in the To Do Summary zone.
Expected result (according to documentation): All assigned To Do's to the current User should
display in the Summary when the Refresh button is pressed.
