Expired (Old) Service ID Remains Working For IP/GPRS Service Type

This problem can occur on any platform.
After changing the Login_Id, when there is an usage with a date after the change
date and with the OLD login, this usage is rated instead of being rejected.
The service used are (subscription group):
/service/telco/gsm (subscription object)
This problem was detected using /service/telco/gsm/sms, /service/telco/gprs/data
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1) Create an account, purchase some plan and some deal(any service)
2) Rate usage...
3) Change the Login Id.
4) Move the pvt to later date
5) Rate some usage with the old Login in some day after the change.
The usage is rated, when the expected result is to reject the usage.
