Occasionally when submitting a batchjob using the submitjob.sh script the following error appears in the logs and the BatchRunTree gets stuck in either Pending or In-Progress status.

Description: This grid work has failed execution the maximum number of times. To prevent infinite resubmission, execution is being stopped.
