Missing Columns Error Running Cash Flow Edits on Table (Doc ID 863758.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.
Data Correction Processing ID


In Oracle Balance and Control (BC) 4.5, you cannot run the Cash Flow Edits on a table using a Data Correction Processing ID.  The following error appears on the screen and in the ofsbc.xxxxx file:

MB(Missing Columns) Table: <Table Name> is missing columns:

amrt_term, amrt_term_mult, amrt_type_cd, lrd_balance, org_payment_amt
rate_decr_cycle, rate_incr_cycle, rate_set_lag, rate_set_lag_mult, remain_no_pmts_c

As a result, Cash Flow Edits cannot be run against the table.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Log into Balance and Control
  2. Open a Data Correction Process ID with the CASHFLOW_EDITS.<ORACLE> rule selected
  3. Select the instrument table
  4. Run
