After PDF/Html Migration Customer Re-Verification Qty <> Site Qty (Doc ID 863781.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

After migrating CRF's from .pdf to .html there was an apprent increase in quantities for re-verification at the site level.

For example, a site could  show in the site CRF Information box, 79 CRFs awaiting re-verification and while the total of all patients' CRFS needing re-verification do not add up to 79.


ERROR MESSAGES: NA, only an unusually high incidence of CRF’s with a status of ‘awaiting
re-verification’


NAVIGATION / REPLICATION PATH:
Responsibility: RDC
Base Release/Patchset: 4.5.3.12

1. Perform PD/HTML migration retaining verification and approval.
2. LOGIN to RDC Onsite
3. Expand a site link, say  302
4. Click on a Patient link, say 302001 at the Home tab
5. Select the red icon which brings up the Patient Summary

The site summary values for Awaiting Re-Verification will not equal the sum of all the Patient Summaries.

OCCURRENCE PATTERNS: intermittent
