Symptoms
Weblogic is throwing exceptions when switching OS clusters, as well as when it is running on the primary IP it's giving exceptions while creating connection for pool:
"System.prod.ApplicationType.ServiceActivation.Application.1-0;5-2;ASAP.Comp.RPCConnectionPool":
JZ006: Caught IOException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused>"
