Issue With ASAP 7.0 Behavior For CSDL - ASDL Mapping (Doc ID 865175.1)

Symptoms

It seems that in ASAP 7.0 that, SARM checks the ASDL parameters before validating
the ASDL whereas in ASAP 4.7.1 , SARM checks the ASDL parameters after validating the ASDL command.


The following Error messages occurred in the SARM diag file:

Mandatory Parameter is missing.
