Unable To View Bill Details On Existing Bills After Upgrade

This problem can occur on any platform.


After upgrading system from 6.2SP1 to 7.3.1 unable to view any bill details on existing bills for
the accounts. The error message "Customer Center encountered errors while updating the Bill
Details page." is shown in Customer Center.
