This problem can occur on any platform.
In this scenario, all the userid's are configured in the format "XXX\userid".
When we try to assign a work queue using the button "Assign" in the CCS, we get as userid XXXuserid (without the slash). Since the slash is disappeared, the user cannot see his work queues in "My Work Queues".
