Goal

Q1. For the enrollment status listed in the Upgrade Guide that are not able to be set by an
administrator (those marked with an *), how and under what conditions are each set?

Q2. We also observed in 5.2 that when some Player Statuses were set by an administrator, the
enrollment status changed, e.g. if the enrollment status was "Booked" and the player status was
changed from "Not Attempted" to "Incomplete", the enrollment status changed to "In Progress".
What are all the conditions that would cause a player status to change an enrollment status? Are
there any conditions where an enrollment status would force a change in a player status?

Q3. The Performance Statuses from releases prior to 5.2, "Attended" and "Cancelled", are not
available in the new LOVs. Is this a bug or expected behavior?

Q4. With this change there is now an inconsistency between status listing in versions prior to 5.2
and 5.2. For example in pre-5.2 we updated the learner’s performance status to "Attended" once
they had completed an inClass event. With 5.2 our only option would be to update the Enrollment
Status from "Booked" to "Completed". This makes reporting difficult since for pre-5.2 records the
status is recorded in the PERFORMANCE.STATUS column. In the 5.2 the status is recorded in the
ENROLLMENT.ENROLLMENT_STATUS column.
