Testing a cdr with more no. of fields which crosses 255 characters in DuplicateCheck module of the registry. There is a duplicate file created in the IFW_HOME/data/dup directory as the DuplicateCheck module is enabled.
This is made possible by having a cdr dated with doesn't fall between the storelimit and
bufferlimit values of the module. Then a semaphore is passed to change the StoreLimit and
BufferLimit values such that the CDR date falls between these values in order to load the file
into the DB. During this stage there is an error thrown in the process log as below.

07.04.2009 17:21:35 <HOSTNAME> ifw IFW CRITICAL [T:1543] 00000 -
ERR_BULKINSERTION_FAILED | Bulk Inserion Failed in the table IFW_DUPLICATECHECK from file
calls.duplicate_113264.dat . Error : Vendor Error: 1480

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Enable the DulicateCheck module in the registry.
2. Create an account.
3. Process a cdr, a duplicate file is created in the data/Dup folder.
4. Now pass a semaphore with the values for BufferLimit and StoreLimit such that cdr date falls between these values.
5. Observe the error in the process log.
