CCB V2.1.0 Warning when changing the Address Source of an Account's Main Customer while a Pending SA exists for the Account (Doc ID 870843.1)

Goal

After start/stop user changes mail source on account/person. Warning message appears notifying the user a different address source in start/stop mail address override. When changing to address (mailing premise), warning message still appears.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Account in pending start
2. Enter Person Override Mailing Address
3. Verified Start stop Address/phone is person address
4. Chang e the account/person mailing source.
5. After clicking save, the warning message will appear.

Expected behavior:
No warning message should appear.
