How To Change Address Format without Clearing All Fields (Doc ID 872064.1)

Goal

When adding contact information the fields for Personal Information (top left panel) are cleared
when you change the address format.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Log into the Energy Information Platform
  2. Go to "Entity Management > Customer > Contacts > Add Contact"
  3. Enter a First Name
  4. Change the Address Format from the drop-down menu
  5. The first name field will be cleared.
