CLDBSYNC Database Error ORA-12899 (Doc ID 872482.1)

Symptoms

When running CLBDSYNC the following error is encountered:

--Database Error ORA-12899: value too large for column "CISADM"."CI_DATA_DIFF_PK"."FIELD_VAL"
(actual: 143, maximum: 50) (DBD ERROR: error possibly near <*> indicator at char 118 in
'INSERT INTO CI_DATA_DIFF_PK (DATA_DIFF_ID,CONST_ID,OWNER_FLG,SEQ_NUM,FIELD_VAL)
VALUES (:p1,:p2,:p3,:p4,:<*>p5)') occured while executing INSERT INTO
CI_DATA_DIFF_PK (DATA_DIFF_ID,CONST_ID,OWNER_FLG,SEQ_NUM,FIELD_VAL)
VALUES (?,?,?,?,?)
