Display Number (DISPLAY_NBR) Missing in a Number of Tables for AERS Case Data

This problem can occur on any platform.
Display Number (DISPLAY_NBR) is not always populated in the following AERS Tables for a number of imported, copied or upgraded cases:
- AE_SUSPECT_DRUGS and AC_SUSPECT_DRUGS
- AE_LAB_TESTS and AC_LAB_TESTS
- AE_OTH_CASE_REFS and AC_OTH_CASE_REFS
- EC_CONTACT_LOG and EA_CONTACT_LOG
