Cannot Load Safety Stock Using Legacy Collections (Doc ID 874054.1)

Goal

They are trying to load safety stocks through a flat file and using the 'Collect Flat File - Self Service' program. They are getting the following error message:

Table Name: MSC_ST_SAFETY_STOCKS, Number of Occurences: 4, Error: The table MSC_ST_SAFETY_STOCKS
can not be loaded via flat file for non-legacy instances
