Configuration Parameter "Maximum Time Awaiting Data" In Nrtt-Cc Does Not Work (Doc ID 874402.1)

Goal

Q1: Why in the NRTT Collection Cartridge the configuration parameter "Maximum Time Awaiting Data" has no impact to the data collection?

Reproduction Steps:
put a A<timestamp>GHOT.tmp-file in the input-directory of the collection cartridge.
=> The node will read the CDRs of this file.

put another A<timestamp>GHOT.tmp-file in the input-directory of the collection cartridge.
=> The node will also read the CDRs of this second file without awaiting the configured
"Maximum Time Awaiting Data" time value


Q2: What happens if the Maximum Time awaiting data timer expires and no new data has been appended to the active file?
