CES-1036 Errors When Building Map (Doc ID 875072.1)

When attempting to build two maps ptnA.mb and ptnB.mb, the following errors occur:


Message: CES-01080 location: EntitySet::verifyTopology severity: E
Object XXX.YYYY in partition PPPP1 has conflicting connections with existing partitions [PPPP1
PPPP2 ] on node SSSS.TTTTT that may require all maps to be rebuilt in one patch.

Message: CES-01036 location: EntitySet::verifyTopology severity: E
Object XXX.YYYY is connected to node (SSS.TTTTT) which does not exist in partition PPPP1.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following step:

ces_build_maps.ces -noVerify ptnA.mb ptnB.mb

-- Business Impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot update the two affected partitions.
