Symptoms

Fast Refresh Snapshot Is Slower After OATM and 10.2.0.3 upgrade

On 11.5.10 The Advanced Supply Chain Planning(ASCP) plan process
is slower than desired during the Planning Data Collection process
MSRFWOR module: Refresh Collection Snapshots using FAST mode
is taking longer than Complete Refresh.

What Changed - Reorg of objects with OATM and 10.2.0.3 upgrade

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected timing for Refresh snapshot performance is 20 to 25 mins.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ASCP Responsibility
2. Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Collections > Oracle Systems > Standard
Collections
3. Run Planning Data Collection
