This problem can occur on any platform.
Steps To Reproduce:
- From the Main Menu, select Tools and Utilities, Run Reports.
- Double click on any report name with Type set to Crystal.
- Click on “Run” to run the report
- While the report is running monitor the Progress Bar. It will stop at 80% complete
