Crystal Reports in Meter Data Applications Web Client only process to 80%. (Doc ID 875981.1)

Symptoms

When running a Crystal Report through Energy Information Platform (EIP), the report stop processing processing at 80%.

Steps To Reproduce:
  1. From the Main Menu, select Tools and Utilities, Run Reports.
  2. Double click on any report name with Type set to Crystal.
  3. Click on “Run” to run the report
  4. While the report is running monitor the Progress Bar. It will stop at 80% complete
