Too Many Open Cursors In Registry (Doc ID 876256.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

When a CCB User is performing a task within the application, a dialog box with the following error appears and the user is unable to continue:

Too many open cursors in the registry. Contact your system administrator.
