Orders Are Moving To Current Time When Crew Logs on Early (Doc ID 876572.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 20, 2009

Applies to:

Oracle Enterprise Real Time Scheduling - Version: 10.3
Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management - Version: 1.5.0
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When logging on early in MWM, the orders move to current time, indicating the orders will be worked early before the shift starts. When logging on early, I want the orders to stay in the active shift and not move to current time. This has just started to happen with the latest 1.5.0.4 release - all previous releases kept the orders in the active shift even when I would logon early.

This started with the install of 1.5.0.4. Orders are moved to current time before the shift start time when a crew logs on early. How do I get the orders to stay in the active shift?

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Logon before the shift start time.

-- Business Impact:
Crews who logon early to view orders do not start to work the orders at that time.

Changes

MWM 1.5.0.4 was installed which is certified with ORS Planner 10.3.9.
