Cannot Create New Role In Permissioning Center Due To Password Validations

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Not able to create a ROLE in Permissioning Center due to the default password for the 'ROLE' does not pass custom password validation rules (min length = 6, max length = 8; alphanumeric characters only).

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1.  Log into Permissioning Center to create new roles for Customer Center
2.  Click 'Roles', 'Add', enter Role Name and Description, click 'OK' and attempt to 'Save'.

The following error can be seen on the screen:

Could not commit role to database. Please contact system administrator.
