B2BUA App On SIP Server Sometimes Tries Connection On TCP Even When UDP Selected
(Doc ID 878884.1)

Applies to:
Oracle Communications Converged Application Server - Version 3.1.0 to 7.0 [Release 3.1.0 to 7.0.0]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
In our solution the incoming leg (originating) for B2BUA is always TCP and the outgoing (terminating leg) is always UDP.
In spite of setting transport as UDP before the request is sent out on the terminating leg, the container always seems to try TCP first which fails and then the packet is sent out as UDP.
