This problem can occur on any platform.
-- Problem Statement:
After uprading to AERS_4.6.2, users are encountering frequent FRM-92101, causing their session to drop.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to AERS 4.6.2 with any user
2. Create new or open an existing case
3. Click on 'Action Items' tab, create new action and update comment - try to save.
This results in FRM-92101 error,and session terminates.
4. Another area is when in Case Entry, navigate to Case Details tab and enter case somments
5. When user select File->save, system crashes with FRM-92101
