Why Does The Response Handler Manager Raise So Many Warnings In The JNEP Logs? (Doc ID 880383.1)

JNEP diags have three warning entries every minute if the Response Handler Manager "cannot find a response handler instance". These warnings are logged even though no response handlers are needed. That is ASYNC_CONN is set to "FALSE" or is missing. In these cases the warnings should not appear in the logs, it interferes with log monitoring processes.
