Why is Discrete Job or PO Supply available today, but not available for ATP on the next day? Receive Infinite Time Fence instead. (Doc ID 883278.1)

Symptoms

I have supply remaining from yesterday but I receive the infinite time fence instead of the supply.  How does ATP Based On Collected Data consider supplies and demands as time moves forward?

Example:
On hand = 100
WIP job supply 500 due on Day 5
Sales order demand entered:
100 qty - consumes on hand and is available today
200 qty - consumes WIP supply and is available on Day 5
400 qty - not available and schedules on Infinite supply day 30
100 qty - consumes WIP supply and is available on Day 5
This means that WIP supply for Day 5 for 500 - less the sales orders entered = 200 still available for new sales orders.

NOW we go to the next day.
AND we enter a new sales order for 50 qty
AND we get Infinite supply day 30 when we are expecting to use the 200 left over from yesterday
and see this scheduled on Day 4 (It is now Day 4 in the future since we have moved forward 1 day)
