Goal

Purchase two same products on the same day with same resource ID contributor. After canceling one of the products, system failed to generate event_bal_impacts_t for related cancel event.

Reproduction steps:

Made the following entry in pin_sub_bal_contributor and run load_pin_sub_bal_contributor:
