Could Not Find Prompt Error After First Activation On Juniper M Device (Doc ID 884386.1)

Oracle Communications IP Service Activator - Version: 5.2.4
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

IPSA lost communication with a Juniper router after the first VPN service provisioned. Subsequent transactions are not being pushed to the device. The state of the transaction remains in the "Active" state.

The Juniper Device Driver reports error:
Device communications error - Could not find prompt.

The error information usually appears after 30 minutes of idle time.

Steps To Reproduce:
- Provision a VPN
- Perform another transaction and link a new VPN site to the new VPN provisioned in step 1.
- The transaction remains in "Active" state
