Unable To Reserve TNs / Unable To Assign TNs To Reservation Numbers

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User is unable to reserve/assign TNs to reservation numbers, as TNs cannot be retrieved from Telephone Number Reservation Search window. This problem occurs even when a TN exists in the inventory in unassigned status.
