Goal
1. Is it possible to control the digest algorithm that is used by the DBMSDigestIdentityAsserter? (can we change it to SHA1 etc.)
2. Can we control the QOP value (Quality Of Protection) that is used by the DBMSDigestIdentityAsserter? Currently we can see that it picks up “auth” as the QOP value by default. Is there any provision that would allow us to change this value?
