After Getting End-Dated On ASCP Instance Demantra User Do Not See Worksheets

This problem can occur on any platform.
On 7.1.1 in Production:
On the ASCP side the system administrator end dated some users by way of:
Login to a planning instance as sysadmin-->System Administrator--->Security---User
Define---> Form comes up, query the user---> put a value in the end date field under the Effective Dates;
However, some of the users that got end dated were Demantra users. As a result, those users were unable to login to demantra either through the planning instance or directly through the Demantra url. They were getting the following message:
User XXXXX is not a Demantra Collaborator Workbench permitted user!
The following step were then taken to enable the login of the users :
1. Removed the end date from ASCP
2. Reset password on the ASCP apps for those users
3. Reset the password for those users through Demantra Business modeller
4. Bounce the webserver and after that user was able to login
However after that those users were unable to see any of their worksheets that were owned by them. The worksheet did not show up in the collaborator workbench. The same did not show up under Business Modeller--->Tools----Worksheet Management. The queries table showed 0 rows for those user
select * from queries where user_id=<Userid of the user end dated>
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login to a planning instance as sysadmin-->System Administrator--->Security---User Define---> Form comes up, query the user---> put a value in the end date field under the Effective Dates;
