Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
After every bill cycle there are few accounts whose new bundle values are not reflected in the pipeline cache, which results in account not getting the discount.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Purchase New bundles for few customers.
Create Billing.
Check if the discounts are applied.
