Symptoms

Problem Description:
The discrepancy view should get exported as CSV, pdf or xml file. On click, the file opens in Internet Explorer, pop-up prompt to save does not appear.

### Steps to Reproduce ###
1. Click on report in reconciliation Main window.
2. Select any report.
3. Click on the export option, csv, xml or pdf
