CCB V2.1.0 Error with Active Directory (Doc ID 886303.1)

Customer configured several CC&B environments to work with Active Directory on different servers.
Suddenly all of the servers started failing with the following errors. Customer cannot login
using AD accounts on environments on any server.

Main Error:
<Sep 1, 2009 9:54:19 AM MST> <Warning> <Socket> <BEA-000402> <There
are: 5 active sockets, but the maximum number of socket reader threads allowed by the
configuration is: 4. You may want to alter your configuration.>
Exception in thread "LDAPConnThread-617 ldaps://"
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread
at java.lang.Thread.start0(Native Method)
at java.lang.Thread.start(
at netscape.ldap.TTLTimer.start(
at netscape.ldap.LDAPCache.scheduleTTLTimer(
at netscape.ldap.LDAPCache.addEntry(
at netscape.ldap.LDAPConnThread.cacheSearchResult(
at netscape.ldap.LDAPConnThread.processResponse(

This error occurs repetitively after the main error.

Lastly, the customer receives the following error and is unable to get to the login screen:
Exception in thread "CompilerThread1" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: requested 32756 bytes for
ChunkPool::allocate. Out of swap space?
