Symptoms

Outage Manager - no notification e-mail received once e-mail address configured in Oracle Communications Network Intelligence

- Steps To Reproduce:

In Outage Manager an Outage report is created with a list of recipients to receive the Outage
e-mail notificiation. when the report is generated no notification is received.
