Converter Will Not Process Source Files Currently in the Source Folder (Doc ID 887217.1)

Source files are being delivered through the script file to the source folder and are not being processed by  Oracle Legal Whitehill Enterprise Converter even though it is running and in live mode.


Typically on an existing "un-touched" setup this issue doesn't happen.  This type of issue will happen when there are system changes such as when a new Oracle Legal Whitehill Enterprise server is put in place, or the login criteria has changed for the Oracle Legal Whitehill Enterprise user or even a change on the host system side amongst other possibilities.
