Missing Pay Type When Creating CSR Account Using Undefined Payment Method (Doc ID 887904.1)

Goal

A problem was reported of missing PIN_FLD_PAY_TYPE when creating a CSR account using “Undefined” payment type.

The reproducible steps:
1. Start Customer Center from CustomerCareSDK, go to C:\Program Files\Portal Software\CustomerCareSDK\CustCntr\bin and execute runCustomerCenter.bat
2. Create a new Consumer account with dummy CSR plan, chose payment type as "undefined" from New Payment Method drop down list on Payment Options page.
3. Repeat step 2 to create Business account failed with errors in cm.pinlog:
