Symptoms

In Oracle Utilities Meter Data Application (OUMDA), when running a rate schedule (or bill) an error occurs. The following error can be seen in the report output:

A column with name 'SERIALNUMBER' already exists in resultset. Missing prefix in one of metadata references for the 'LSMDMTRREADSYSHIST' table may lead to this error.

The error can also be seen when stepping through the rate schedule in Trial Calculation.

Changes

This error began occurring after upgrading to OUMDA version 1.5.
