Goal

In EDR mapping files, there are definitions of fields using MBI data types, like TlvInteger and TlvString. The BRM on-line documentation says they correspond to regular data types, but it doesn't
describe how to use these Tlv* data types if one wants to use them.

For example:
If user wants to add a field to map, what values should be put in for the 3 parameters to the function TlvInteger?

i.e.
TlvInteger(35,1,2) -- what do the numbers signify?
