XML Values Are Not Passed Properly From Ui Map To An Invoked Service Script In CCB v.2.2.0 (Doc ID 888948.1)

Last updated on MARCH 06, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - Version 2.2.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing version 2.2 / Microsoft Windows XP / Oracle Database 10g

The UI Map invokes a service script to update the value of two fields based on other values in the
UI Map. This works properly when the script is invoked upon change of some fields but it does not
work when the script is invoked upon click of a checkbox.

-- Expected behavior:
When the Service Script is invoked upon a change on the Total Candidates (via a click on any of
the checkboxes), the xml data should also be passed.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Create a UI Map which would invoke a service script. Invoke a service script upon click of
checkbox within a table column. Schema passed to the script will not have any value.
