Reportextension Clarification for passing connection(con) object as an argument (Doc ID 889393.1)

Goal

In ReportExtension.cpp, GetRiderFacilities function called from EquipmentUtilizationReport()
function. But in GetRiderFacilities function also the connection to objectel server is
reestablished instead of passing connection(con) object as an argument.

Is there any specific reason for this ? or can we pass the connection object as an argument?
