Reset Of Expired Password Fails In RDC (Doc ID 889522.1)

Error message:

Error: Operation failed due to system error

Encountered in RDC 4.5.3 when trying to reset an expired password

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Expire the database password
  2. Attempt to log into RDC Onsite 4.5.3
  3. Enter the old password, and new password twice as prompted
  4. Press the Apply button
  5. Password reset fails with message
    "Operation failed due to system error"
  6. User is unable to log into RDC
