Unable to 'Update Existing Project' using the Import wizard (Doc ID 892360.1)

Symptoms

When importing a project into Project Manager, I select the option to 'Update Existing Project'. However, when I try to assign a Project ID to import the project into, the selection dialog box is blank. Note: The same happens when selecting the 'Replace Existing Project' option.

Importing as XER, P3, MPX and MPP all have this.
