Symptoms
- Unable to select a project when importing a project and choosing to 'Replace Existing Project' via the Import wizard.
- Unable to select a project when importing a project as XER, P3, MPX, MPP or XLS.
- The 'Select Project' dialog box is blank when attempting to choose a project to import the project into.
- No projects listed when trying to populate 'Import To' field
