Error: "16 Bit Windows Subsystem..." When Attempting To Launch P3

"16 bit Windows Subsystem: SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\VirtualDeviceDrivers. VDD. Virtual Device Driver format in the registry is invalid. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application."
The error message disappears when clicking on "Close", but P3 does not launch.
Clicking on "Ignore" launches P3 and everything seems to be running OK.
