"Account has been locked" when Attempting to Log into Contract Management

Applies to:Primavera Contract Management - Version 9.0 and later
When attempting to log in, a user receives the message (depending on the version in use):
- Version 13 and Later: This account has been locked. Please see your Contract Management Administrator.
- Versions 11 and 12: This account has been locked. Please see your Contract Manager Administrator.
- Version 10 and prior: This account has been locked. Please see your Expedition Administrator.
