- This document explains how to remove HTML tags from the various fields in Project Manager that use HTML enabled text boxes.
- Any text field that has its own Tool Bar is HTML enabled. This includes Notebooks and many Description fields. Whenever you make changes to these fields, HTML formatting is also saved with the text within the database.
- For customers who rely on 3rd party reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Infomaker, reporting on these fields will display the HTML formatting tags ex. (<HTML>) and make the text unreadable.
